The owner, Ian Britt, has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 15 years and has helped many people over those years achieve their health and fitness goals. He received his Master of Science Degree from Canisius College in Health and Physical Education and his Bachelor of Science Degree from Buffalo State College in Health and Wellness. He has years of experience in the field and truly enjoys helping people achieve their goals. Give him a call to set up a consultation to talk about your goals. His wife, Kelly, also a Certified Personal Trainer, has joined him in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She works along side with him in all of the group classes.
