We offer Bootcamp Classes Monday through Friday (5:15am, 6:30am, 8am, 9:15am, 4pm, 5:15pm, and 6:30pm) These are a group workout filled with an hour long mixture of cardio and strength training. You will be surrounded by encouragement and motivation while you workout! The classes are $15 per class or $60 per week. We also run 6 week weight loss programs for each class time that you can join and will be eligible for prizes for highest percentage of weight lost (1st place-$300)!
