One on One Personal Training
Work one on one with one of our Certified Personal Trainers, Ian Britt or Kelly Britt. They will take your measurements, talk with you about your goals, design a nutrition plan, and set up a workout plan that works for you and your schedule. They will implement a program that will help you to be successful! We also offer a One on One 12 Week Weight Loss Challenge where you will compete with other one on one clients for highest percentage of weight lost (Prizes are $1000, $500, and $250)! Bootcamp ClassesWe offer Bootcamp Classes Monday through Friday (5:30am, 8am, 5pm, 6pm, and 7:30pm). Join us for a fun group workout filled with an hour long mixture of cardio and strength training. You will be surrounded by encouragement and motivation while you workout! The classes are $10 per class or $30 per week. We also run 12 week weight loss programs for each class time that you can join and will be eligible for prizes for highest percentage of weight lost (1st place-$600, 2nd place-$400, and 3rd place-$200)! The 12 week program costs $400. We also offer an all cardio class Saturday mornings at 8am! This workout is go, go, go and is guaranteed to get your heart rate up! The class only costs $10! Join us Saturday mornings at 7am or 9:30am for a fun and high intensity Cardio Kickboxing Class! We do hour long workout on boxing bags which includes learning different kicks and punches used in kickboxing! This workout is guaranteed to get your heart rate up!
